For the 17th International Contemporary Art Festival SESC_Videobrasil, Danish artist Olafur Eliasson is showing 10 works that are site-specific to their 3 different locations (Pinacoteca do Estado, SESC Belenzhinho and SESC Pompéia) that offer viewers experiences revolving around perception of color, spatial orientation and other forms of engagement with reality. One of the new works created just for São Paulo was Eliasson’s collaboration with Brazilian filmmaker Karim Aïnouz called Your Empathic City. Now through Jan 29. For more info, click here.
