Literacy Through Photography (http://literacythroughphotography.wordpress.com) has been involved with various “Best Part of Me” projects across the country. All programs are about teaching children how to use cameras and instilling self-esteem through self-portraiture. The program featured here was done with Burmese middle-schoolers who had just come to the United States.
